Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 42 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-7b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to permitting the county boards of education to include faith-based and non-faith-based electives for drug awareness in classrooms and requiring the state board of education to promulgate a rule.
